This policy covers the Wisp website and clients operated by RUYI TECHNOLOGY INC. For privacy questions, contact contact@wispmesh.com. We use necessary information to provide updates, maintain compatibility, protect services and understand aggregate use.
Node links, subscription credentials, preferences and local traffic statistics are managed on your device. Routing processes traffic on your device. Nodes, subscription servers and DNS services you choose receive the requests necessary to provide their services. Do not send credentials or private configuration in public support messages.
Clients periodically report an installation identifier, platform, device name or model, system/firmware and app versions, architecture and network IP information. Our servers also receive request IP addresses, user-agent information and timestamps. This supports version delivery, compatibility, security and device activity statistics; it is not a record of the content of your proxy communications.
The website stores your language choice locally. When a visit comes from an attributed X campaign, first-party statistics record the campaign, page path, device category and download/store clicks, with pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers. Attribution lasts up to 30 days and a session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. You can turn off campaign statistics below and clear site storage in your browser. These statistics do not confirm an installation.
We do not sell proxy communication content or provide it to advertisers for profiling. Your chosen node, subscription, DNS and cloud providers operate independently. Following links to X, Telegram, app stores or promoted services subjects those interactions to their policies. Infrastructure providers may process necessary service data under service arrangements; access is limited to operational needs and applicable legal requirements.
Local data and language preferences remain until you remove them; exported backups must be removed separately. Service records are retained according to the necessity of operation, security, support and legal duties, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Website access logs rotate by size and time, with a configured maximum of 30 days, subject to lawful preservation needs. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise an objection, subject to applicable law. This page displays its revision date.
